Dhaka Circle
Meets in a quiet corner of Dhanmondi. For anyone who wants to talk without a screen in between. Facilitated by two SAM volunteers.
Support Circles
A Support Circle is a regular meet-up of 6–12 people, gently guided by a trained facilitator. It is not therapy. It is a place to be heard — and to hear others — without having to explain everything.

Every Circle is confidential. You can attend once, or every week. You never have to speak unless you want to.

Don’t see a Circle that fits? We’re opening new ones every month.

We open with a slow, unhurried check-in. Nothing profound. Just: who you are, what today felt like.
The facilitator opens a theme — loneliness, family, work, rest. You share only if you want to.
We don’t give advice unless you ask. We listen. That’s the whole thing, most of the time.
We close with one line each — something you’re taking with you, however small.
